What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
If you aren't satisfied with your cleaning, no problem! Let us know the issue and what it is specifically you would like cleaned, within 24 hours of your initial cleaning, and we will come out again free of charge, no hesitation!

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded

Do you service in my area?

We service all over Rhode Island

Do you take debit/credit cards?

Yes, we accept all forms of payment except checks. (cash, venmo, credit/debit cards)

Are you a pet-friendly business?
​
Yes, we love all animals, but do ask if they can be separated from our working zone. This will limit any tense interactions and distractions and keep them out of the way of chemicals. We also understand not all animals can be separated easily so we do our best to avoid too much contact with them

Am I allowed to leave,/ Stay while my home is being cleaned?

It is up to you, whether you would like to take a step out and run some errands, or if you would like to stay home and relax, we don't mind. We please ask if you do decide to stay home, to be conscious of where we are located in the home cleaning, and if we work our way to the room you are located in, if you could please relocate so we could finish the cleaning, it is very much appreciated.
